Terms and Conditions
- All course fees are payable in advance with the booking form, unless special credit terms have been agreed
- Where notification in writing (including fax and email) to transfer a candidate from one course to another is received within 14 days of the commencement date of the course and administration fee of 25% of the full fee will be levied.
N.B. The date of the new course must be given at the time the written notification to transfer is received.
- Where the candidate cancels from a course and cannot transfer to another course at the time of cancellation then the following charges will apply: More than 4 weeks prior to the course – no charge; 2-4 weeks prior to the course – 50% of the total course fee; less than 2 weeks prior to the course – full fee, i.e. no refund.
- If a candidate does not attend a course and no notification has been received then the full course fee remains payable.
- All the above charges may be waived at the absolute discretion of the Group Training Manager if he/she feels this is warranted by circumstances.
- The Bowen Group reserves the right to cancel any course if there are insufficient numbers to run a viable course. Notification will be sent of alternative course dates.
- Where a customer has not paid previous account invoices the Bowen Group reserves the right to cancel any forthcoming bookings.
- Candidates must attend the requisite number of courses to qualify, attendance on a course does not guarantee a qualification.
- Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit or credit card. Payments made by credit card will incur a 2.5% handling fee.
