Terms and Conditions

  1. All course fees are payable in advance with the booking form, unless special credit terms have been agreed

  2. Where notification in writing (including fax and email) to transfer a candidate from one course to another is received within 14 days of the commencement date of the course and administration fee of 25% of the full fee will be levied.
    N.B. The date of the new course must be given at the time the written notification to transfer is received.

  3. Where the candidate cancels from a course and cannot transfer to another course at the time of cancellation then the following charges will apply: More than 4 weeks prior to the course – no charge; 2-4 weeks prior to the course – 50% of the total course fee; less than 2 weeks prior to the course – full fee, i.e. no refund.

  4. If a candidate does not attend a course and no notification has been received then the full course fee remains payable.

  5. All the above charges may be waived at the absolute discretion of the Group Training Manager if he/she feels this is warranted by circumstances.

  6. The Bowen Group reserves the right to cancel any course if there are insufficient numbers to run a viable course. Notification will be sent of alternative course dates.

  7. Where a customer has not paid previous account invoices the Bowen Group reserves the right to cancel any forthcoming bookings.

  8. Candidates must attend the requisite number of courses to qualify, attendance on a course does not guarantee a qualification.

  9. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit or credit card. Payments made by credit card will incur a 2.5% handling fee.
